JOY

There are countless pieces of art that portray the person of Jesus. Many, if not most of them, portray him as dour and glum. Isn't this how we often think of him? Yet Jesus’ own teachings tell us that JOY is the mark of someone who follows Him and knows God the Father. Ironic, isn't it? In this series, we’ll examine joy from every angle. Why does joy seem so elusive these days? What steals our joy? Is it possible to have joy in the midst of life’s difficult seasons? And in the process, we hope and pray, we’ll not only learn about joy, we’ll begin to live with joy!
